A three-day pilgrimage fair at Trilokinath, revered by Hindus and Buddhists alike.
The Pauri fair, generally in the third week of August, centres on the Trilokinath temple, where the deity is worshipped as Shiva by Hindus and as Avalokiteshvara by Buddhists. Pilgrims circle the prayer-wheel gallery, and the fair includes evening folk dances and a procession led by the Thakur of Trilokinath.
