Navratri celebrations in Katra, base for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage.
Katra marks the autumn Navratri with cultural programmes and celebrations for pilgrims heading up to the Vaishno Devi shrine. In 2026 the festival ran from 11 to 20 October.
