Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Nainital
Morning: Departure from Delhi early in the morning to beat city traffic. Afternoon: Arrive in Nainital and check into your hotel. Rest and refresh. Evening: Take a stroll along Mall Road, visit Naina Devi Temple, and enjoy a sunset boat ride on Naini Lake.
Day 2: Nainital Local Sightseeing & Lake Tour
Morning: Explore Eco Cave Gardens, Lover's Point, and ride the aerial ropeway to Snow View Point for Himalayan vistas. Afternoon: Take a short drive to explore nearby lakes like Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal. Evening: Free time for local market shopping at the Tibetan Market and dinner along the lakefront.
Day 3: Nainital to Jim Corbett National Park
Morning: Post-breakfast drive downhill to Jim Corbett (Ramnagar) via the scenic Kaladhungi forest route. Afternoon: Check into your jungle resort. Visit the Corbett Waterfall and Garjiya Devi Temple. Evening: Relax at the resort by the Kosi River or enjoy an evening bonfires/cultural presentation.
Day 4: Jungle Safari & Return to Delhi
Early Morning: Undertake an early morning Open Jeep Safari into one of Corbett’s core/buffer zones (Bijrani, Garjiya, or Jhirna) to spot tigers, elephants, and birdlife. Late Morning: Return to resort for breakfast, pack up, and check out. Afternoon: Drive back to Delhi, arriving by late evening.
