A state-level Holi fair in the tea town of Palampur.
Palampur hosts one of Kangra district’s state-level fairs at Holi, with decorated floats, cultural performances and wrestling bouts. Spring is also a good time to see the tea gardens and the Dhauladhar range above the town.
