Manali’s winter carnival of parades, folk dance and music, usually in January.
The Winter Carnival brings parades, Kullvi folk dance by women’s groups, music and food stalls to Manali in the heart of winter. Its timing has moved between editions: the 2026 carnival ran from 20 to 24 January. Dates for the next edition are announced by the organising committee in Manali.
